How we use information

Speti uses your information to review your property, prepare and communicate possible sale options, provide the seller portal, respond to requests, send communications you have authorized, prevent fraud, improve the service, and support a possible property transaction.

SMS privacy

When you actively opt in, Speti may send SMS updates and offer notifications to the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer. Callers who contact us directly are asked for verbal consent before receiving text updates.

Mobile information sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Mobile information, mobile phone numbers, and messaging consent or SMS opt-in records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information only with service providers that process communications solely on our behalf, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not use mobile information or messaging consent for another company's marketing.

Other sharing

This does not authorize sharing mobile information or messaging consent for marketing or promotional purposes.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. You may continue requesting an offer without consenting to text messages. You may also contact Speti to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information, subject to legal and transaction recordkeeping requirements.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable safeguards intended to protect submitted information and retain it only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, security, consent, and transaction records.
