Information on this website is general information and is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Features and content may change as the service evolves.

SMS terms

If you expressly opt in through the separate, unchecked consent checkbox on our offer-request form, Speti may send SMS updates and offer notifications to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of receiving a property offer or consultation.

If you call Speti directly to request an offer, we will ask for your verbal consent before sending text updates. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time. You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you control and for keeping your contact information accurate. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
